Trexin Consulting Has Been Recognized For Their Work With Driving Forward

Trexin Consulting, a national consulting firm specializing in strategy execution, announced that they were recognized for their work with Driving Forward. Driving Forward was launched in response to the needs of college students whose internships were suddenly cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a non-profit professional development program dedicated to supporting first-generation and under-represented students on their journey from college to a meaningful career.
When Driving Forward Founder and Board Chair, Marv Richardson, put out the call to his network looking for volunteers to mentor, develop curricula, produce training materials, teach, and create the infrastructure, many members of the Trexin family stepped forward to launch the program. Driving Forward grew rapidly and earned accolades from students and staff alike. In 2020, Partner, Managing Director, and Geo Lead of Trexin Consulting, Bhoopendra Singh, joined Driving Forward’s Board of Directors. To date, Trexin has welcomed six interns from the program.
On November 1, 2022, Driving Forward hosted their 1st Annual Driving a Difference Event where Trexin was recognized for their continued support. “Driving Forward’s mission can only be achieved with our incredible volunteers and corporate partners. Bhoopendra Singh and the Trexin team stepped forward immediately to help college students in need during the pandemic and that support has grown as we address the endemic challenges faced by first-generation and under-represented students.
