Between April 10th and April 12th, Justin Miller, Laurel Wirkus, and Julia Pursell attended the Smart Communications INNOVATE conference in Austin, Texas. Smart Communications is cloud-based customer management and communication system used by hundreds of organizations worldwide, including several Trexin Clients.

The conference featured over 20 informative sessions on various topics, including pivotal trends that are shaping the customer-management space (e.g., AI), how to optimize consumer experience within the Smart Communications suite, and advanced features and uses cases of the tool.

Thanks to breaks between sessions, group meals, and a conference-wide party, the Trexinites had many opportunities to network with other users of the platform, Smart Communications staff, and industry leaders. The Trexin team gained valuable insights into organizations’ needs and industry trends that will make Smart Communications a go-to tool for many organizations that wish to switch to or optimize their cloud-management and customer conversations.
