Neil Rolland has more than 28 years of healthcare industry experience in both the provider and payer segments. He has held many executive and director level positions over his career; prior to joining Trexin, he was General Manager for a regional healthcare improvement consultancy. Prior to that he was the Healthcare Practice Director for an international management consulting practice. Neil has a deep understanding of healthcare business operations with both health plan and care delivery organizations.
Neil’s passion is in building successful, high-performing healthcare organizations. He has worked at large health plans, like Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and HealthPartners, and has led business units with mid-sized growth orientated companies, such as Virtual Radiologic and American TeleCare. Neil has also been instrumental in the success of several small startup healthcare companies, Minute Clinic, and MnSure.
