On September 28th, the Trexin team joined Crain’s Middle Market Breakfast at The Standard Club in Chicago. The panel included leaders from Cards Against Humanity, McGrath Acura, Honda, Hyundai and Kia, Neiman Brothers Company, and Portillo’s Hot Dogs. It was interesting to learn how each firm has achieved growth, as there are such distinct differences between the organizations. Each discussed how they use (or avoid) social media, how they are uniquely positioned in the marketplace and where innovation has aided in gaining market share.

What was not so different across the panel was that each agreed it takes healthy and happy employees to earn happy clients. Each leader shared personal stories of how their colleagues make a difference, and it was clear they value their respective teams.
