On July 28th, Trexin’s Chief Security Officer and Technology Capability Lead, Glenn Kapetansky, joined co-panelists Rebecca Rakoski, Esq. (XPAN Law Partners) and Steve Magouirk (Conrail) to discuss the dramatically changed cyber risk landscape with the New Jersey Bar Association. Topics included:

• Rise of nation states as malicious actors
• Side effects that ripple from incidents, both laterally to other companies and over time
• Practicing breach detection and response
• Essential nature of coordinating technical response with legal counsel and law enforcement
