Glenn Kapetansky, Trexin’s Chief Security Officer and Technology Capability Lead, joined his CISO colleagues for Cybersecurity Collaboration Forum’s November Executive eRoundtable. The topic this month was Leading a More Efficient Incident Response and the discussion was led by Robert Allen, Gallagher’s Global CISO. The group discussed ways to improve their organizations’ ability to prepare for and respond to incidents. How to work with the Board was of particular interest, as was alignment of federated/global enterprises and proper management of CISO liability.
