Trexin’s Chief Security Officer and Technology Capability Lead, Glenn Kapetansky, led an interactive talk at the Chicago ISACA Chapter’s Annual General Meeting on December 10th. One hundred and fourteen attendees came to hear and participate in the discussion. The talk “Supplier Management as a Service” was based on a recent blog and progressed through the following topics:

1. The current strategy for Supplier Management
2. Some of the strains put on #1 by cloud services
3. How audit/compliance can be used as a lever for change
4. Tips and technique for implementing #3

A spirited discussion followed from the attendees, which tested and validated this advice for everyone!
