On April 10th, Trexin had the honor of attending the annual Twin Cities Business (TCB) Women in Leadership Forum at Minneapolis’ Hyatt Regency. With over 500 female leaders across all sectors and industries in attendance, this year’s Forum showcased research by St. Catherine University, revealing stalled progress at the state and national levels on advancing women in corporate leadership. The event also featured a panel focused on how to pave the way to parity, including the impact of corporate culture, the power of the individual, and combatting the influence of unconscious biases.
