Trexin’s Chief Security Officer and Technology Capability Lead, Glenn Kapetansky, co-led the keynote session on “Suing the CISO and Beyond: What’s Next? And How Worried Should C-Suite Executives Be?” at SecureWorld Philadelphia on March 24th. Glenn joined colleague Rebecca Rakoski, Esq. as they experimented with a new format and provided their audience with an interesting, lively, and interactive discussion based on their contrasting techno-legal views on the topic. In addition to recapping recent events, they explored the “long tail” of legal repercussions and provided practical advice on what senior management can do.
