Trexin Consulting, a national consulting firm specializing in strategy execution, announced today that Vanessa Nelson has joined the firm as Senior Principal within the Program Execution Capability.

With over 20 years of experience, Vanessa is an executive leader who helps Clients develop and execute corporate strategies, implement turnarounds, and deliver complex programs across a wide variety of industries and capabilities. She expertly partners with Clients to understand which ideas are effective and adroitly navigates the complexities of organizational change and culture.

Prior to joining Trexin, Vanessa founded BLOC Collaborative which is a consulting firm that bridges connections between global companies, start-ups, non-profit organizations, and a highly trained pool of freelancers for project work. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Cornell University as well as a BA in Management – Engineering from Claremont McKenna College.

Vanessa resides in Edina, MN with her family.
