Trexin Consulting, a national consulting firm specializing in strategy execution, announced today that Darren Phelps has joined the firm as a Business Development Director.

Darren is a Director of Business Development who partners with C-level executives, leadership, and teams to solve business problems and drive growth. He consistently demonstrates the ability to help Clients increase value and is equally conversant with business executives and technologists alike. An accomplished IT services professional, Darren has led strategic engagements within specialized verticals of all sizes nationally.

Darren holds a Master’s degree from the George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo. He has served as a trusted Advisor for Fortune 500 companies for 10+ years, cofounded the first academic center in the nation designed to train veterans to run for elected office, and played an integral role in growing a national network of student veteran communities from ~400 locations to more than 1,500. He also served in the United States Marine Corps.

Darren resides in the southern suburbs of Fort Worth, Texas with his family.
