On November 3rd, Trexin’s Chief Security Officer and Technology Capability Lead, Glenn Kapetansky, attended the CyberRisk Leadership Exchange hosted by the Cybersecurity Collaboration Forum. The event offered the opportunity for top Chicago CISOs and executives to discuss trusted, peer-led education and leadership advice on today’s most critical and strategic issues.
The event provided the chance to participate in boardroom discussions, executive panels, keynotes, and networking opportunities among top cybersecurity leaders. The beginning keynote featured a moderated discussion with Michael Boucher and Michelle Ayala from JLL, highlighting the impact that the CISO/BISO relationship has on an organization and how collaboration improves cybersecurity. The final keynote featured Todd Fitzgerald moderating a thought-provoking discussion with Sara Schmidt (CISO at US Foods) and Liz Ogunti (CISO at JBT), about the challenges for diversity (and specifically women) in cybersecurity.
