Trexin Consulting, a management and technology consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Bloomer and Bhoopendra Singh to Partner.

Mr. Bloomer has served as the leader of the Healthcare Industry Practice within the company. His leadership spans across provider, payer, pharmacy benefits administration, and life sciences segments of the healthcare industry. He is a business operations and IT leader with a strong track record of defining and executing transformational initiatives dealing with the disruption within the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Trexin, he served as Divisional CIO and VP of Client Integration at Accretive Health.

Bhoopendra Singh has served as Healthcare Practice CTO within Trexin, providing consulting services to healthcare clients regarding regulatory impact assessments and IT-enabled business opportunities with healthcare reforms. Mr. Singh’s work is focused on enterprise architecture, big data, and cloud computing.

Prior to joining Trexin, Mr. Singh held senior IT management roles at Aon, Rasmussen, and Bear Stearns.
