Greg Kohl is a proven senior IT leader who consistently delivers results. He has a strong technical background coupled with significant experience working closely with business leaders. Greg has demonstrated success in creating Enterprise Architecture Programs at Honeywell International and Kelly Services.
Greg has strong IT management experience from his P&L leadership of both consulting organizations and internal IT strategic leadership positions. He has demonstrated experience bridging business and technology for clients around the globe and leading strategy and IT business planning projects. Greg has created two Enterprise Architecture programs that resulted in significant savings for his clients. His IT background spans the technologies of servers, networking, Internet, ERP project management, application software development, systems integration and enterprise architecture.

PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Greg has successfully completed several high-profile consulting engagements for Trexin Clients involving Wide-Area Networks, Disaster Recovery Strategies, and M&A integration. Previous to joining Trexin, he served as the VP, Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions for Kelly Services. His primary responsibilities included the global planning and engineering of a large IT environment. Greg was responsible for the creation and maintenance of the global technical architecture, setting Kelly's technology standards, and creating a business-driven Enterprise Architecture Program that drove the creation of Business and IT principles. He built strong working relationships with key business leaders to facilitate the creation of the EA Program. Some of his key deliverables included a governance process for Enterprise Architecture, engineering processes based on ITIL, set IT standards enabling a simplification of the infrastructure resulting in a cost savings of over $4M annually, the implementation of new technologies such as Oracle Grid/Linux and Microsoft BizTalk to increase capabilities and capacity at a lower cost (saving over $7M annually), and negotiated IT services contracts resulting in savings of over $2.5M annually. Greg also drove several key infrastructure projects to successful completion including virtualizing the Data Center server environment, disaster recovery strategies and processes, and deploying a Security Information and Event Management system (see SC Magazine article Sept 2007).
Prior to joining Kelly Services, Greg served as VP Technology, Architecture, and Standards for Honeywell International. In this role he created and promoted a business driven enterprise architecture program, created and implemented an infrastructure standards process and technical architectures directly resulting in $7 million savings per year. Greg also collaborated on several new business initiatives and supported breakthrough e-Business solutions.
Greg has a significant experience driving large complex projects to successful completion both at Honeywell as well as Honeywell Information Systems. He was responsible for a custom solution delivery organization within Honeywell Information Systems and Group Bull.
